Our organization, a regional tertiary care facility and an ACS-verified Level II trauma center, is on the lookout for a dedicated board-certified or board-eligible full-time OB/GYN to enhance our well-established, hospital-employed practice located in Bangor, Maine.

Position Overview:

As part of our team, you will:

• Collaborate with a group of 8 physicians, 2 certified nurse midwives, 3 nurse practitioners, and a skilled support team.
• Deliver both routine and high-risk obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient base of around 500,000 individuals, serving as the referral center for two-thirds of Maine.
• Benefit from a robust robotic surgery program featuring four DaVinci Xi robots.
• Participate in approximately 1,100 out of 1,600 annual deliveries in Bangor.
• Access 24-hour Maternal Fetal Medicine consultations via phone, supported by an on-site MFM ultrasound department and 9 full-time sonographers.
• Utilize on-site anesthesia services and a Level III NICU.
• Engage in consultation services for the Family Medicine residency program and work with rotating medical students.

Compensation Details:

The annual base salary ranges from $404,625 to $414,625, with opportunities for additional earnings based on productivity. This range reflects the anticipated salary for the position and may not encompass all potential compensation elements, such as call pay and leadership stipends.
