Key Qualifications:
- Current OT licensure in Michigan (or eligible for licensure)
- Previous experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to students in Tecumseh SD (majority) and Addison SD (1 day a week)
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress
- Provide therapeutic interventions to support academic and functional success
- Educate staff and families on strategies for promoting student independence
