Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• SLP-CCC with current, valid licensure for South Carolina
• Demonstrated experience in schools as an occupational therapist or SLP
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, compliance, and documentation
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with students, families, and staff
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic educational settings
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy and speech-language pathology services to K-12 students
• Assess, evaluate, and document student progress in accordance with school and state requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of effective accommodations
• Offer coaching and guidance to teachers and parents for classroom integration of therapy strategies
