This position is available ASAP and will run through May 28, 2027, providing consistent hours with a 37.5-hour workweek.
Candidates should bring a passion for pediatric speech services within a school setting, supporting a caseload typically ranging from 45-50 students. Whether you're an SLP-CCC or in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), you'll find ample opportunities to collaborate with educators, families, and students as you assess, diagnose, and provide individualized intervention plans.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- CCC or CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings is valuable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize a diverse caseload and adapt to changing school needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to students' needs
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain detailed case records and progress reports
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and team discussions
