Qualifications for this position include: a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree; successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency and a Hematology Oncology fellowship; Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Hematology Oncology, or the ability to obtain such certification within three years of employment; Indiana medical licensure and privileges at our health system and affiliated hospitals as required; valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
