Opportunity Overview
- Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Location: 6050 Northland Dr Ste 200, Rockford, MI 49341
- Specialty: Family Medicine Physician, outpatient

Team Composition: 8 Family Medicine physicians, 2 Pediatricians, 1 Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, and 1 Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner
- Clinical Care Team Size: 2 providers and 3 MAs/LPNs
- Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
- Call Requirements: Phone call coverage 1 week every 2 months, 5 PM to 12 AM on weekdays, 7 AM to 7 PM on weekends
- Additional Information: Panel to be developed immediately.

Qualifications
- Open to recent graduates
- Board certified in the relevant clinical specialty or must achieve board certification within the timeframe set by the applicable specialty board.
- Active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
- DEA license
Responsibilities
A typical day may involve:
- Delivering direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Engaging in teaching and mentoring activities
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health initiatives
