Job Description
Our organization is currently in search of a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN to join our team in Farmington.
The ideal candidate will become part of a well-established group consisting of four physicians and one Certified Nurse Midwife. This practice encompasses a full range of OB/GYN services, including office visits, surgical procedures, and obstetric care, with the potential for specialized practice areas. This role is enhanced by an academic partnership with a prominent medical center and a well-respected medical school, offering the chance to educate both residents and medical students. Call duties are shared, with a weekend call rotation of 1:4. We welcome new graduates to apply.
About the PracticeAs a Level 1 Maternal Center and the sole inpatient facility in Franklin County, our rural practice is dedicated to serving the local community, supported by a comprehensive state-wide health system. Franklin Hospital is responsible for the delivery of approximately 250 babies each year. Joining our team means collaborating with supportive colleagues, fostering strong patient-provider relationships deeply rooted in the community, and utilizing advanced resources and technologies, including a fully integrated Epic EMR system with access to specialized subspecialists in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, and Urogynecology.

- MD/DO from an accredited medical institution.
- Completion of an OB/GYN residency program.

- ABOG Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN.
- Previous OB/GYN experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation packages may include recruitment bonuses, relocation assistance, productivity incentives, and quality incentives based on eligibility. The annual base salary for this position is set at $385,000.
