Locums PA - Neurosurgery Position in South Carolina

Clinic and Call Schedule- Clinic Hours: 9 AM - 3:30 PM; rounds are required before clinic hours.
- Call Requirements: One weeknight call and one weekend day call each week.
- Patient Load: 5 - 10 hospital patients per mid-level provider daily.
- Inpatient Care: 50% trauma cases and 50% hospital-based, focusing exclusively on adult patients.
- Surgical Procedures: 6 - 12 surgeries daily, with 1 - 2 admissions.
- Required Skills: EVD placement, lumbar drain, lumbar puncture, and ICP monitor placement.
- Additional Skills: Suturing, surgical care, and diagnostic/therapeutic taps are necessary.
- ICU Patients: Involvement with ICU patients is included in the responsibilities.
