Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in K-8 school settings
- Skills in both traditional and teletherapy SLP service delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and virtual speech-language therapy to a caseload of 33 students (K-8)
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and guardians to achieve student goals
- Maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with school district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and student progress discussions as needed
