Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Chicago, Illinois

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
• Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in K-8 school settings
• Skills in both traditional and teletherapy SLP service delivery
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and virtual speech-language therapy to a caseload of 33 students (K-8)
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and guardians to achieve student goals
• Maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with school district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and student progress discussions as needed
