What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain) for school-based practice
- Experience or coursework related to working with children in school settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Energy and commitment to collaborate across grade levels (PreK – 8th grade)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication evaluations for students across multiple grade levels
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and consultative support as part of the IEP team
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Manage an average caseload of 50-60 students, adapting strategies to support diverse needs
