Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP for school-based practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellows welcome to apply
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP procedures and special education processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders in collaboration with school teams
- Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work hands-on with diverse caseloads of elementary, middle, or high school students
- Partner with families and classroom teachers to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and relevant trainings
- Foster a positive, supportive environment for students to achieve communication goals
