Family Medicine - Physician - Fayetteville, NY

Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become part of our well-established outpatient practice located in Fayetteville, NY.

You will be joining a collaborative and well-resourced team dedicated to providing care to patients across all age groups, including pediatric, adult, geriatric, and women's health services. We are particularly eager to welcome a provider with expertise in women's health, making this a fantastic opportunity for candidates with that specialization.

Practice Overview - Fayetteville:

Situated at 4000 Medical Center Dr., Fayetteville, NY 13066, this outpatient primary care facility offers:

• Comprehensive care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Management of acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions
• Preventive services, including immunizations and cancer screenings
• Women's health services, such as annual pelvic exams and pap smears
• A collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment

Recruitment Package:

Our organization provides a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

• Base salary ranging from $225,000 to $242,000
• This salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation applicable to the position. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned above.
• Starting Bonus: $50,000, paid as a one-time amount in the first payroll month after employment commences
• Retention Bonus:
• $25,000 paid in the second payroll cycle following the first anniversary
• $25,000 paid in the second payroll cycle following the second anniversary
• Resident compensation available at $2,500 per month
