Facility in CA Seeks a Locums Endocrinologist

Job Overview

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM — No after-hours or weekend responsibilities
• 36 scheduled patient hours with 4 hours allocated for administrative tasks weekly
• Daily patient load of 16 to 24 individuals

Clinical Focus

This position is within a 100% adult outpatient endocrinology clinic, where you will encounter:

• Support staff comprising 2 pump training specialists and 3 registered dietitians
• Approximately 70% of patients are treated for diabetes, with 50% utilizing GLP weight loss medications
• A diverse range of cases including thyroid, metabolic, osteoporosis, hormone, and adrenal disorders

• Ongoing coverage will be provided until a permanent hire is made

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $190.00 to $230.00. These figures are estimates and can vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other relevant considerations.
