Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) seeking rewarding contract positions for the 2026/2027 school year. Two dynamic roles are open: one full-time SLP position for the entire academic year, and a second SLP role covering a 0.8 FTE maternity leave from August 19th through September 30th. These positions serve students in a supportive and collaborative educational environment near Hamilton, OH, making a meaningful impact on developing communication skills and student success.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Current Ohio SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Previous experience or strong interest working with school-aged children.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine student speech-language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted therapy interventions.
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students across a variety of grade levels and communication needs.
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and mandated documentation.
  • Stay informed on best practices and participate in professional development as needed.
