Join Our Healthcare Team as an OB/GYN Physician

Our organization is a leading healthcare provider focused on delivering compassionate and high-quality patient care. We are excited to present an opportunity for a full-spectrum OB/GYN Physician to become part of our well-established and expanding practice located in Augusta, Maine, with an additional satellite facility in Waterville that includes operating room access.

Become a member of an experienced care team that offers a comprehensive range of women’s health services in the Kennebec Valley area. This position merges a collaborative medical atmosphere with the exceptional quality of life that Maine has to offer.

Core Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Clinical Care: Deliver routine women’s health and gynecological services, including specialized in-office procedures.
  • Obstetric Excellence: Provide advanced obstetric care for both standard pregnancies and high-risk cases, with access to a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
  • Surgical Care: Conduct both inpatient and outpatient procedures utilizing the Da Vinci surgical robot.
  • Academic Engagement: Collaborate with residents to mentor and support the next generation of healthcare professionals in our community.
  • Schedule: Maintain a balanced workload with 32 clinical hours and a dedicated 8-hour administrative day each week.
  • Balanced On-Call Rotation: Participate in a manageable 1:8 call schedule.

Requirements
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Eligible for an active, unrestricted medical license in the State of Maine
  • Strong collaborative skills to effectively work within a multidisciplinary care team
