The position includes a competitive pay range of $50–$55 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas SLP License required
  • Open to SLPs with CCC, pediatric experience, or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Background in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ARD meeting processes and compliance documentation a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students within the scope of each individualized education plan
  • Prepare for and attend ARDs (Admission, Review, and Dismissal meetings)
  • Conduct student evaluations and contribute to multi-disciplinary team assessments
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes
  • Manage a small, focused caseload, with a possibility for the assignment to expand to full-time
