Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP License required
- Open to SLPs with CCC, pediatric experience, or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ARD meeting processes and compliance documentation a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students within the scope of each individualized education plan
- Prepare for and attend ARDs (Admission, Review, and Dismissal meetings)
- Conduct student evaluations and contribute to multi-disciplinary team assessments
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Manage a small, focused caseload, with a possibility for the assignment to expand to full-time
