School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Frisco, Texas

Step into an exciting contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist working onsite for the upcoming school year. Key Qualifications:

• Possess an active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license.
• Earned Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
• Previous experience in school-based SLP roles, preferably with diverse age groups.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and manage varying caseloads.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language services to students at designated school sites, ensuring compliance with IEP goals and district standards.
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Liaise with faculty and families to monitor progress and support student success.
• Manage a dynamic caseload covering two overlapping maternity leaves: one split between junior high and elementary, and a second for a high school SLP.
