In this position, you will have the chance to establish enduring relationships with patients, deliver a comprehensive range of obstetric and gynecologic services, and contribute to a practice that champions evidence-based medicine and exceptional patient experiences.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in both outpatient and hospital environments.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
- Oversee prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum follow-up to ensure healthy outcomes for mothers and infants.
- Diagnose and manage a wide array of gynecologic conditions.
- Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures, utilizing minimally invasive techniques when suitable.
- Create personalized treatment plans and educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, preventive care, and available treatment options.
- Work closely with fellow physicians, certified nurse-midwives, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing medical education.
- Participate in the practice's on-call rotation.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Possession or eligibility for an unrestricted medical license in Colorado.
- Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one.
- A strong dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making abilities.
- Experience in both outpatient and hospital care settings.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and telemedicine platforms.
- Experience in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
- Additional fellowship training or subspecialty certification.
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are advantageous.
