Job Responsibilities

• Work a schedule of four 10-hour shifts from 7 AM to 4 PM, including call coverage on a 1:4 rotation.
• Provide weekend coverage on a 1:5 rotation.
• Manage care for up to 8 patients per shift with designated rounding responsibilities.
• Handle call volume, which includes 2 phone consultations and seeing 2 patients within a 24-hour period.
• Assist in the operating room for cardiothoracic and vascular procedures.
• Required to have inpatient rounding experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• Preference for ongoing, full-time coverage.

Working Conditions

This position involves a combination of inpatient care and surgical assistance, requiring a proactive approach to patient management and collaboration with medical teams.
