Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor assembly equipment, including Gel, Cap Assembly, and Holder production lines, ensuring smooth and safe operation.
Meet and exceed production, quality, and performance targets by actively overseeing operations and making necessary adjustments.
Perform basic troubleshooting on machinery, promptly reporting issues to minimize downtime.
Conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Accurately document production and quality data, maintaining detailed records in compliance with company policies.
Replenish materials and components to support continuous production flow.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, supporting adherence to safety protocols.
Assist with equipment cleaning, preventive maintenance, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-2 years of manufacturing and machine operation experience.
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
Effective communication skills.
Basic understanding of computer systems.
Available Shifts:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (rotating schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, followed by 3 days on)
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (rotating schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off, followed by 3 days on)

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
