\n Verstela is seeking reliable and motivated Picker/Packer to join our temp-to-hire team. These roles support daily warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory handling, and material movement. The ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, are detail-oriented, and are open to learning multiple areas of the warehouse.\n

\n Picker/Packer Job Duties:\n
\n- \n
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment \n
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently \n
- Use handheld scanners (RF Scanners & Tablets) or systems to track inventory and orders. \n
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment \n
- Support multiple departments as needed \n
\n
\n
\n\n
\n Shift: Monday-Friday 1:00 PM-9:30 PM with required training 11:00 AM-7:00 PM for one week.\n
\n\n
\n
\n\n
\n Pay: $17.00\n
\n\n
\n
\n\n
\n Requirements:\n
\n- \n
- Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred but not required \n
- Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs.) \n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment \n
- Willingness to learn and take on different tasks \n
- Strong attention to detail and reliability \n
