Job Title: Registered Nurse

Location: Redding, CA

Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Available Shifts: Per Diem - Days

Salary Range: $1,050 – $1,190 per shift (base gross)

Assignment Duration: 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with RN scope of practice.
• Lead and facilitate patient and family education while guiding nursing staff activities in the ICU.
• Take responsibility for the care and outcomes of assigned patients.
• Effectively communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, including hemodynamic data and diagnostic results.
• Respond promptly and accurately to alterations in patient conditions or treatment responses.
• Provide safe, high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training for ICU:

• Possession of a current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation skills are necessary.
• Current ACLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital or critical care setting is required.

Compensation Transparency

Our organization offers competitive pay, with an estimated compensation range for this role being $75.00 to $85.00. This estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for other locations. The final compensation will be determined at the time of hiring, taking into account various factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
