Work consistently 37.5 hours per week, focusing your expertise at a single elementary campus with caseloads typically ranging from 45 to 50 students.
Candidates will contribute to a positive school culture, working alongside staff and families to help each child achieve their communication goals. Whether you bring experience as a CCC-SLP, are completing your CFY, or have a passion for pediatric and school-based care, your dedication will be highly valued.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current state SLP license
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings preferred
- Collaborative, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to serving diverse student needs
- Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services for an elementary caseload
- Complete assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
