Key Qualifications:
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current or eligible SLP licensure
- Experience working in school settings is strongly preferred
- Ability to support a diverse K-12th grade caseload
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to approximately 25 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and document services according to district and professional standards
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insight as a valued team member
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and related duties as required
