Job Description
Our organization is a multispecialty group with over 500 providers, currently in search of a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible obstetrician/gynecologist (OB/GYN). We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated to a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to patient care. The position offers flexibility with options for full-time or part-time schedules, featuring a traditional 4-day work week along with on-call duties (1:4). This role is based in Ontario, OR, at our facility.

Facility HighlightsOur 10-bed Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Unit, which includes a 2-bed newborn nursery, is located in Ontario, OR (approximately 60 miles west of Boise). This unit is clinically integrated with the Obstetrical Unit and supports an annual delivery rate exceeding 400 babies. It is the sole facility in Malheur, Payette, Fruitland, Adams, and Washington Counties offering care from OB-GYN providers for infants over 36 weeks of gestational age.
We are committed to delivering up-to-date, evidence-based medical care. Our NICU team adopts a family-centered approach, fostering collaboration between parents and our skilled staff across the Boise, Nampa, and Ontario units to achieve outcomes that surpass national standards.
Qualifications- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency
- Certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment
- NCC EFM certification to be achieved within six months
- Idaho medical license and privileges at our Ontario facility
- Valid controlled substance registration with the Board of Pharmacy and DEA
