Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the functional requirements of residents.
• Create individualized treatment plans aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, pain relief, and fall prevention.
• Conduct personalized therapy sessions with residents.
• Work in conjunction with our resident services and leasing teams to foster a safe and active living environment.
• Promote wellness initiatives within the community.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation in a hospitality-oriented setting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
