Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure in the state of New Jersey
• Experience delivering PT services in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Competence and passion for adapting interventions for homebound students
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
• Ability to maintain thorough documentation and follow individualized plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 12 half-hour direct PT sessions to a homebound student before August 31
• Address compensatory/make-up service requirements in accordance with the student’s IEP
• Customize therapy plans to meet mobility and functional needs in the home setting
• Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant records of progress and sessions
• Communicate student progress and needs with educational teams and family members
