Compensation

Hourly Pay: $39.59 - $46.55, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan and deliver direct care to assigned residents.
• Oversee and direct shift routines within the nursing unit.
• Monitor, guide, and evaluate the activities of personnel as the designated leader in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Assume "Building Charge" responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or their designee.
• Provide leadership and direction within the assigned unit.
• Engage in various committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Technical training or higher in Nursing.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
