Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments in line with policies and individualized care plans
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Adhere to established policies and procedures relevant to the scope of practice
- Maintain continuity of care for patients in a hospice environment
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Possession of a current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
