Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential with School Psychology authorization
• Previous experience as a School Psychologist in a K-12 setting highly preferred
• Strong skills in cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessment tools
• Proficient in report writing, data interpretation, and developing support plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students as part of special education processes
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to identify student needs
• Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide crisis intervention and consultation services as needed
• Support development and implementation of positive behavioral interventions
• Engage families in understanding student strengths and developing strategies for success
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance standards
