Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Creswell, OR

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as specified in their IEPs
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to diagnose communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain accurate documentation
• Offer guidance and education to families and school staff on speech-language issues

Qualifications and skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license (or eligibility) in Oregon
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Prior experience working in school settings desired
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to diverse student populations
