Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting preschool students in a dynamic educational setting located near Penrose, CO. This full-time role is ideal for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists ready to make a difference as part of a collaborative and engaging school team.

In this position, you will provide speech and language services to a caseload of 35-45 preschool-aged students, working closely with educators and families to support student growth and learning. You’ll enjoy a schedule that alternates—two weeks each month are four-day workweeks, and the other two are five-day weeks, helping you balance professional and personal commitments.

Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license required
  • Colorado CDE Certification mandatory
  • Skilled in working with preschool-aged children
  • Eligible SLPs: CCC or CFY status encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions to assigned students
  • Conduct assessments, maintain appropriate records, and contribute to IEP development
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to foster an inclusive environment
  • Track and document progress to support student success
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities
