Job Overview

This is a full-time position requiring five days of work each week, with options for either 8-hour shifts or 4/9-hour shifts. The schedule includes:

• One evening shift weekly
• One weekend day each month

Patient Care Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Managing 20 to 24 patients during an 8-hour shift
• Handling 25 to 27 patients during a 9-hour shift
• Providing care primarily to Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
• Delivering primary care, preventive services, and same-day care for patients aged 6 months and older

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• At least 1 year of experience in primary care
• Spanish language skills are advantageous
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges from $70.00 to $90.00.
