Job Description
Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a School Psychologist. This position spans the mid-December to mid/late March period during the 2026/27 school year and is conveniently located near Middletown, DE. The role features a balanced, flexible hybrid schedule: three days onsite at an elementary school and two days working from home.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience providing psychological services in school settings
- Familiarity with conducting assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with educators and families
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Availability for the specified assignment timeframe (mid-December–mid/late March)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and interpret results for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs and intervention strategies
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation as needed
- Document findings and progress according to school and state guidelines
- Contribute to a supportive learning environment that promotes student well-being
