You’ll work with an average caseload of 50-60 students, providing services and innovative interventions to help them develop essential speech and language skills. Whether you are a seasoned SLP (CCC) or currently completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your passion for helping students achieve their goals will be valued in this engaging environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible SLP licensure in Arizona
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience with school-age children preferred, but recent graduates welcome
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaborative team environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in preschool–8th grade
- Develop tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide group and one-on-one therapy sessions, tracking progress toward measurable goals
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal guidelines
