School Speech Language Pathologist - Peoria, AZ

You’ll work with an average caseload of 50-60 students, providing services and innovative interventions to help them develop essential speech and language skills. Whether you are a seasoned SLP (CCC) or currently completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your passion for helping students achieve their goals will be valued in this engaging environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible SLP licensure in Arizona
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience with school-age children preferred, but recent graduates welcome
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaborative team environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in preschool–8th grade
• Develop tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide group and one-on-one therapy sessions, tracking progress toward measurable goals
• Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal guidelines
