As an integral part of the school-based team, you'll assess, plan, and deliver therapy services tailored to the needs of each student. Qualifications:
- Oregon SLP License and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a K-12 or school-based setting highly preferred
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Adaptable to shifting caseload needs and varying age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services based on IEP goals
- Document progress, maintain compliance records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage in collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Provide support and resources to assist classroom implementation of communication goals
