Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid Washington SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA, or completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience supporting children or adolescents in school-based settings preferred
  • Strong ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct screenings and assessments in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Support classroom teachers and families with practical communication strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
