Responsibilities:Key responsibilities include implementing secure, scalable software architectures and mastering various vendor platforms, payloads, and sensors for successful hardware integration. This role requires close collaboration with the H62 Mission Autonomy Lead to manage agile cycles and translate complex operational requirements into technical specifications. The candidate must be adept at establishing technical baselines and prioritizing high-impact development tasks. Preferred Skills and Experience:At least 8 years of software development experience Experience in networking and protobuf Experience leading, mentoring, and managing high-performing software development teams Ability to be a motivated, self-starter Ability and desire to quickly learn new skills or grow knowledge areas
