Family Medicine Opportunity

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of our Eastwick Primary Care team, situated in the Eastwick area of Southwest Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The chosen candidate will collaborate with five seasoned physicians and one Nurse Practitioner. This role offers a traditional outpatient practice, focusing on comprehensive family care without the need for rounding or nursing home visits.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Receive both medical and administrative support
• Manage a patient load of 15-20 individuals per day
• Access ACO clinical wraparound support services
• Facilitate referrals to in-network specialists
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient records
• Conduct point-of-care lab tests on-site

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice in Pennsylvania
