Job Responsibilities- Participate in 24-hour call shifts from 7 AM to 7 AM, with a commitment of 4 shifts per month.
- Work on a Thursday through Sunday schedule, concluding on Monday morning.
- Manage an approximate 15% admission rate for trauma patients.
- Utilize two dedicated trauma bays in the emergency department.
- Collaborate with sub-specialty backup teams, including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and ENT.
- Demonstrate proficiency in general surgery and trauma surgery skills.
- We negotiate competitive pay rates and ensure weekly deposits.
