Job Responsibilities- Pager call only, with 24-hour shifts from 8 AM to 8 AM
- Manage an average of 65 to 80 OB deliveries each month
- Handle ER calls for OB/GYN and conduct rounds on unit patients
- Typically, 1 or fewer no-document patients per day
- Perform vaginal deliveries, low forceps, C-sections, VBACs, and breech deliveries
- Required to repair 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
- Hospital privileges are necessary
