Our organization is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN physician to join our team in Stockton, CA.
Position Highlights:- Starting Base Salary: $399,519
- Salary Guarantee: Two-year guarantee period
- Sign-On Bonus: Available
- Loan or Mortgage Assistance: Up to $200,000
- Residency Stipend: Offered
- Compensation Model: RVU-based starting in year two
- RVU Bonus Potential: Available during the guarantee period
- Required Training: Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery or Robotics
- Patient Load: Average of 30 patients per day with APC support for surgeries
- Group Stability: A well-established and expanding team
- EHR System: Epic
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- 401(k) Contribution: Annual 12.0% gift
