- Active Connecticut SLP-CCC license (required)
- Proven track record working in PreK-12 educational or school-based settings
- Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a range of speech and language disorders
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, working closely with educators, students, and families
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct intervention and therapy services to assigned student populations across three school locations
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ educational and developmental needs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive documentation of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing as a vital member of the multidisciplinary team
- Consult with teachers and support staff to incorporate effective communication strategies in the classroom
