With a choice of seven full-time openings, you’ll support students across a range of ages from preschool through high school, working closely with dedicated educators and families.
Enjoy a consistent weekly schedule of approximately 32 hours, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while fostering student progress. Caseloads are reasonable—never exceeding 60 students—so your support remains personal and effective. Depending on your preference, you may work in a single school, split your support across two middle schools, or work within three elementary sites, with assignments curated to match your strengths and professional goals.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Michigan SLP licensure (CCC-SLP strongly preferred)
- Experience serving diverse student populations
- Comfort working in person, collaborating with school teams and families
- Passion for facilitating student communication, language, and social development
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct therapy
- Maintaining detailed records of student progress
- Coordinating with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure continuity of care
