- Manage a litigation docket of approximately 30 active cases
- Oversee cases from initial intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents without relying on templates
- Coordinate and manage discovery activities
- Conduct legal research utilizing Westlaw and other resources
- Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, subpoenas, and other trial materials
- Communicate regularly with clients, courts, opposing counsel, medical providers, and expert witnesses
- Organize and maintain sensitive and confidential case materials
- Travel as needed for trial support
- 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience, preferably with a Texas law firm
- Strong legal writing, proofreading, and document drafting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage emotionally sensitive and complex case matters with professionalism and compassion
- Trial preparation experience required
- Prior trial experience strongly preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Westlaw
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
