Key Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist certification or licensure
- Experience working as a school psychologist, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, families, and administrators
- Adaptable to onsite and remote work environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments
- Deliver individual and group counseling to students
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert insights and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Serve as a key resource for crisis intervention and behavioral support
