This position offers the chance to work full time with an engaging elementary caseload in a collaborative educational setting near Manchester, TN. Whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or possess experience in teletherapy or healthcare environments, your expertise will be valued in helping young learners reach their communication goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or associate’s/bachelor’s in a related field for SLPA positions.
  • Current state licensure or ability to obtain appropriate certification for practice in schools.
  • Experience with school-based services, teletherapy models, or healthcare-related speech therapy preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Passion for working with elementary-aged students.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy to elementary students.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain thorough and timely records in accordance with school policies.
  • Consult and communicate regularly with families, teachers, and staff regarding student progress and strategies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for supports and interventions.
  • Adapt therapy methods and materials to serve diverse student needs, including those in virtual or hybrid learning environments.
