Job Responsibilities

• Participate in 24-hour call shifts, working 3-4 shifts weekly, with a commitment of 1 week per month.
• Manage an average of 15 patients per shift in both inpatient and outpatient environments.
• Handle approximately 4-5 hours of callback cases each day.
• Provide general urology and adult urology services; robotic surgery experience is preferred.
• Fulfill call coverage requirements as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $220.00 to $275.00, with rates influenced by factors such as position urgency, your experience, and qualifications.
