Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a faculty position within our Internal Medicine Residency program. This role offers a chance to engage in inpatient teaching and collaborate with a dedicated team comprising a Program Director, an Associate Program Director, and six core faculty members.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the education and training of residents in an ACGME-accredited program with 18 residents.
- Provide guidance and support in a hospital setting.
- Engage in approximately 14 shifts per month.
- Foster strong relationships with the on-site Family Medicine Residency and Cardiology/Interventional Cardiology Fellowship programs.
- A minimum of three years of experience in hospitalist patient management is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to resident education and professional development.

Benefits and Compensation- Competitive base salary of $316,688 per year.
- Recruitment bonus of $75,000.
