A Facility in VA Needs a Locums Obstetrics Gynecologist

• Shift Options: 24-hour shifts, with 36 and 48-hour shifts also available.
• Patient Load: Approximately 8 patients per shift.
• Role: OB hospitalist position in an inpatient hospital environment.
• Responsibilities:
  • OB triage, deliveries, C-sections, D&C, and management of ectopic pregnancies.
  • Emergency room coverage, including consults and postoperative rounding.
• Low-risk NTSV C-section Rate: 14.5%.
• Urgent Coverage Need: Immediate requirement for staffing.
• Hospital Privileges: Required for this position.
